- Bring swimwear, towel, and comfortable shoes for jungle walking

- This experience is not recommended for pregnant women or people with heart conditions
- Locker rental available on-site
- The minimum age to participate in snorkeling is 6 years old and up to 65 years old who can swim unassisted.
- Infants stay with adult on the boat
- The duration of the snorkeling activity is approximately 1 hour.
- The use of sunscreen and photo or video cameras is not allowed to prevent any damages and deterioration of the reef. Instead, we recommend you to wear a sun protection swim shirt.

- All required safety equipment is strictly mandatory no exceptions. Helmets, life jackets, harnesses, and knee pads must be worn as instructed. Do not adjust, remove, or tamper with safety equipment without staff assistance.
- No phones or cameras during ATV rides, ziplining, or cenote activities due to strict safety standards.
- No phones or cameras during reef snorkeling. As this is a protected national park and the reef lies very close to the surface, government regulations prohibit visitors from using these devices. Photography is restricted to photographers with government issued licenses.
- A certified photographer will capture moments where safely permitted. Purchasing photos is entirely optional.
- No sunscreen or insect repellent when entering cenotes or during reef snorkeling.
- No participation during pregnancy, after recent surgery, or while under the influence of alcohol or drugs.
- No jewelry, watches, or phones in cenotes, including rings and earrings, to help protect water quality and maintain hygiene. Please leave valuables in your hotel safe.
